I have just begun my 27th year as a teacher – wow!

On Monday and Tuesday we rafted down the Rangitikei River with our senior room. Now I have done some a few things over the years and this experience ranks right up there.

Awesome trip.

Just look at these faces – says everything – and the talking on the boat asking questions, wonderings and theorising. A great couple of days. Superb leadership from Paul and team and wonderful children and parents.

And the day before I spent at Manfeild watching the motor racing. The sensation you get when watchingthese V8s start is quite unbelievable. The noise, sight, sound and feeling is simply stunning. Amazing skill and bravery and $$$!
