An interesting day today.

Sometimes being the leader is very lonely.

You do your bit, make decisions, encourage, motivate and support others.

All you want is a diligent, disciplined and caring group of people to work with and serve with.

It’s a bit like running a long way. During the run there are some moments when you are floating and others when every step is like climbing a tall mountain. But how do you get to the finish?

You keep putting one foot in front of the other.

So that’s what I shall do!
